Many cultures embrace the knowledge of a meaning that lies beyond, that we do not cease to exist when our physical body dies. This includes a recollection on a deeper level that we have come back over and over again to learn and grow in each lifetime to a more complete existence. A journey through the ages and dimensions in order for our soul to explore and experience self in many different roles and situations.

As we travel from life to life, we often encounter the same situation over and over. We can get caught in a loop, responding in the same way and some times with the same people. The fact that memories from former lifetimes are mostly unavailable to our conscious mind can keep us from breaking out of this circle. Or maybe we have the feeling that we have experienced a situation before, already knowing a person that we just met.
